I cannot recommend Escalante ATX more highly for roof repair and replacement. They replaced my roof and made significant structural repairs in the process. They were timely, communicative, thorough, and helped me get the most out of my insurance coverage. A hail storm caused a significant amount of damage to my roof. Christian helped provide the information needed to correctly file my insurance claim, and came out to my house to outline the damage for the insurance adjustor; insurance companies aren’t always quick to give you money, so this extra effort from Christian helped ensure I was getting the most out of my coverage. Christian was informative and helpful throughout the rest of the claim process. As a first time homeowner who knows very little about roofs and even less about navigating homeowner’s insurance, this was invaluable. He finished my roof within 2 days, showed me photos of damage, explained the work being done, and led the communication with my insurance company after the repairs were done. Overall, Escalante ATX was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. They were also kind and respectful of our neighborhood, which several of my neighbors commented to me as well. Escalante ATX provided a great experience. We experienced hail damage from a storm back in the spring, they were quick to come out and assess the damage, also went above / beyond to meet with our insurance adjuster to review the damage on-site. After that it was a seamless process with picking a roof color & style and scheduling the install. The install took a total of 2-2.5 days and they also will do other projects besides roofing. They took care of some additional damage on our decks and board replacement / painting. Would highly recommend for any projects you are looking to hire a reliable and professional service!

Escalante came out a few days after being contacted and did a thorough job of assessing my rotted fascia and roof problem. They took photos of the damage and
explained exactly what would be needed to fix it. They gave me a competitive bid, with the stipulation that if more damage was discovered after pulling up a section of the roof, it might add to the cost. Luckily, the damage was limited to what they originally found. I admire him for his honesty, and professionalism, because he could have told me there was more damage that needed to be fixed to add to the cost of the job. Escalante got the job done in one day. They took photos to document their progress to show me exactly what work they did. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. I highly recommend this pro for any trim or roof damage you might need repaired.
